Hello. I Am Having Some Pain In My Belly Button

Hello. I am having some pain in my belly button and it is tender to touch and also as I am laying down it just throbs..do you have any thoughts on why this would be occurring? My bowel movements are regular, I drink no less than 64 oz's of water a day....I just don't know why my belly button of all places would be tender like it is....?
