Hello.... I Am Having Sudden Back Pain In The Upper

Hello.... I am having sudden back pain in the upper left side. I had just swept the stairs.....and felt the pain a few minutes later. It is something I have felt before.....almost made me lean over on my right side more because of the pain. Not sure what happen... Did not exert myself much at all so just really weird. I took one ibuprofen and feels a little better... But seems like it has moved to my lower back some.
