Hello, I Am Having Terrible Inflammation In My Hands &

Hello, I am having terrible inflammation in my hands & fingers, barely able to function normal functions like cooking etc. I am noticing there is alot of swelling (inflammation). How do I naturally alleviate these symptoms? Also alot of pain and numbness in lower leg feet at times. Could this be gout?
