Hello I Am Having This Problem Since Few Years Now.

I am having this problem since few years now. My penis foreskin has become tightly coiled and does not roll back easily without cracking since there was once swelling and bleeding in that area. Also there was swelling of penis shaft skin in the middle which has now become loose and wrinkly like hanging a bit.
Tell me how to make foreskin elastic again and penis shaft skin tight and wrinkle free again.
