Hello I Am Here Because I Have A Shar Pain

Hello I am here because i have a shar pain im my urethra it dosent huft when i pee but jus. Randomly there is also alot of random.itching around penis there are no sores or bumps also itchy ness around anus also no sores or bumbs, and the itching occurs randomly and another thing is i feel pain around my lower abdominal and sometimes in testicals not major but definetly feel it, I.have had unprotected sex and dont have mone for std test, and another thing whe i open up the pee hole to look inside i see some.kind of small whit grayish inflamation on the tip, again does.not.hurt when pee just at random time. Ill feel a real sharp stinging pain that last like 3 seconds,
