Hello I Am Needing To Ask A Question My Question

Hello I am needing to ask a question my question is I had protected sex about a week ago. A week before he sex I started birth control back up after being off of it for a year. My partner was hardly inside me and did not ejaculate at all. At the time I started taking birth control I was about to start my period I believe. And now I am spotting and cramping. This was my first time having sex but I am worried if pregnancy is something I should fear.
