Hello I Am Not 100% Sure If I Am Pregnant

Hello I am not 100% sure if I am pregnant yet but my period is 15 days late (I have hypothyroidism so not uncommon) among other symptoms...after rubbing bengay on my husband's back we engaged in intercourse where some of the bengay accidentally ended up in my vagina..I washed it as soon as I realised a slight burning sensation...If I am pregnant will this or can this harm the baby in any way?
