Hello.... I Am Not Sure What Happened, But The Inner

Hello.... I am not sure what happened, but the inner part of my leg where your leg moves when you walk .. (close to my groin area) altho I am a female... has been giving me some pain... in the past day or 2.. it sometimes radiates thru to my rear end area but its only on the right side..!! Its just a slight throbbing pain. Is there something I can take for it, (Tylenol, Advil) to make the pain go away..??
