Hello I Am Obese I Have Had 4 C-sections I

Hello I am obese I have had 4 C-sections I have a belly flap and underneath it where my belly presses against my thigh continuously I now have a hole the size of a dime and purple area around it the total size is a size of a sand dollar I don't have transportation to a doctor right now I am really scared about it I put Betadine on it and covered it with gauze for now what can I keep on doing at home to make it heal I'm really worried because it is in an unfortunate area the area is continually pressed together between my thigh and my belly.
