Hello, I am on 25 mug of levothyroxine to shrink enlarged thyroid and nodules. I also use a very small dot of ester gel from aa hysterectomy i had about 5 years ago. I am having major hot flashes and can not tolerate heat. Can I take black cohosh to help with hot flashes?
