Hello, I Am On Here Looking For Help, So A

Hello, I am on here looking for help, so a few days ago I noticed a sore ish thing on my scrotum and thought nothing of it and thought it was a pimple, but then the pocket of liquid inside like where the puss would be grew so Each day I have been draining it but it seems to be filling back up with more puss, it's a pretty big bump and now the skin over the top and around it has peeled off. Please help, is it a bite or ?
