Hello, I Am Once Again Experiencing A Reoccurring Issue. Two-three

Hello, I am once again experiencing a reoccurring issue. Two-three times a year, for the last few years, I have spells where I have no energy, notice that initially I will start sweating- only really around my face and head area... Actually the very first symptom happens a few days before, where I become constipated. (sorry)
Anyway, the symptoms have started AGAIN! Last night I ate a large bowl of bean w/ bacon soup, once full I began feeling so full that my stomach HURT, more so than it should have, I started sweating and shortly after I threw up, I began to feel very thirsty and started running a fever and had chills really badly. I began drinking powerade and water and continued to throw up 5 or 6 more times. Today I still feel sluggish, no energy and I even took 2 caffeine pills with no effect. I have had no appetite at all and oh, for days I have continued to burp with bile coming up from my throat. I have the same pain in my sternum and under my right shoulder blade. ALL THE EXACT SAME SYMPTOMS EVERY TIME AND VERY SYMPTOMATIC OF SOME SORT OF ISSUE WITH MY GALLBLADDER! HOWEVER, everytime in the past I have gone to the ER because the pain was too intense, I get pumped with pain meds, sent home with pain pills and get told that nothing was found to be wrong. The first time it happened I was actually extremely ill with vomiting and uncontrollable diarrhea (the only time I had the diarrhea instead of constipation.) I was hospitalized for 3 days and not even anti diarrheal medication helped. They ran even a special test on my gallbladder with I think some sort of dye and said my gallbladder was fine. After about 4 trips to the hospital over a year or a lil more I just stopped going. I am tired of this happening, its extremely painful and I feel horrible but the only thing worse than this is feeling this way and feeling like Dr.'s and nurses think I'm either faking or crazy!!!! Please help!
