Hello, I Am Only Asking Because I Do Not Have

Hello, I am only asking because I do not have health insurance right now. I live in Dallas, Georgia a suburb of Atlanta. Anyway, starting this past Saturday, I have been waking up (like clockwork) about 7am with the most excruciating headache I've ever had. It started Saturday and each morning, including today, I wake up with a horrible headache. It is on my left side, in the temple area, behind my eye but also on the left side - top of my head. I went online and thought it might be a cluster headache but I don't have nausea or many of the other symptoms that the web suggests. Again, this JUST started. I've been taking ibuprofen but, I know I can't continue to take this for fear of liver damage. I plan to fast on juice and water to see what happens. I am a spiritual person and fast many times during the year, so I understand about fasting. Anyway, obviously if nothing works, I MUST find a way to get medical help, but for now, I cannot pay for it and I have no family support to pay. I plan to get Execedrine to see if it will help but again, every morning like clockwork around 7am, this has been going on. Any ideas?
