Hello, I am scheduled for a gynecological ultrasound tomorrow. The only instructions are to consume 16 ounces of water one hour prior and do not expell from my system. But, there is nothing stated whether or not I am allowed to consume any food. Or for any specified amount of hours regarding consuming food. The exam is mid day. Could I consume breakfast? And if so how many hours prior?
