Hello I Am Suffering From Chronic Lower Backpain Since Year
Hello
I am suffering from chronic lower backpain since year 2002. Pain radiates from right glutes to foot
This is my MRI scan resport
Normal lumbar lordosis maintained
Disc dehydrative changes noted at L5-S1 Level
Diffuse disc bulge causing thecal sac indentation noted at L3-L4 and L4-L5 levels
Diffuse disc bulge with central disc extrusion causing thecal sac indentation noted at L5-S1 level
Annulus tear at L5-S1 level
Bilateral neural foraminal narrowing noted at L3-L4 and L4-L5 levels
Near total obliteration of neural foramina at L5-S1 level
Mild left facet anthropathy at L4-L5 level
Bilateral facet anthropathy at L5-S1 level
Spinal canal narrowing noted at L5-S1 disc level (measured ~ 6.5mm)
Lumbar spine degerative change
