Hello, I Am Suffering From Coughing, But Cough Is Not

Hello, I am suffering from coughing, but cough is not coming up, and from yesterday night I have not slept bcos of conjuction, I am not able to breathe properly, my nose is blocked, I tried mucolite, inhaler, but still I can not breathe properly, all medicals are also closed, they wil get open after 3 hours, what should I do? I am allergic to dust, because of cleaning yesterday, I am affectef with dust I guess, it always happens with me, is there any permanent solution to this?
