Hello, I Am Taking Qlaira A Birth Control Pill. I

Hello,
I am taking Qlaira a birth control pill. I forgot to take one on the the second week of the box, so I throw that box and started a new one. Then when I red the instructions I realised you are suppose to do that when you miss a pill on the third week, not the second. So now I don't know if I am covered or not or what will happen. Thanks
