Hello. I Am Taking Topamax 50mg Twice A Day For

Hello. I am taking topamax 50mg twice a day for epilepsy and was wondering if cla or the weight loss supplement shredz would have an affect on me? I've taken shredz before and did not experience any problems. I stopped for a while and I started taking them again and I started to feel a tightness feeling in my chest and heavy breathing. (Shortness of breath) do you think this is from these supplements or not?
