Hello, I Am Trying To Identify The Drugs Prescribed For

Hello, I am trying to identify the drugs prescribed for my husband. He does have a heart disease ( dialated cardio-myopathy) and early stage dementia. He has just picked up his monthly meds and not quite sure about 'Apo-Hydro. It was prescribed by the cardiologist.
