Hello. I Am Under Strong Suspicion That I Am Experiencing

Hello. I am under strong suspicion that I am experiencing vitiligo. I saw one doctor about two years ago who disagreed, although I am now about to seek a second opinion because I am having very pronounced loss of pigment both in the genitals (started about 1 year ago) and now in my eyelashes (started about 1 month ago). Do you have any information about why individuals with vitiligo may be more prone to loss of hearing, or eye inflammation?
