Hello I Am Using Pilex Tablet For Piles Problem. Everytime

Hello
I am using pilex tablet for piles problem. Everytime I take it for 1 month and It is working for me but piles comes back after 12 to 14 months. I want to try taking pilex tablets for long duration like 6 months or more. Can I safely take for such long duration?
