Hello. I Am Very Concerned About The Fluid Coming Out

Hello.

I am very concerned about the fluid coming out of my urethra. It's a clear sticky fluid which i assumed was pre ejaculate, but there has been a scare involving a couple zit like bumps on my shaft.

I have not been tested for an STD due to no insurance and not having any money.

I do not have any burning sensations or any pains.

I'm just curious if this white sticky fluid is 8s pre ejaculate or an STD discharge
