Hello, I Am Very Worried About Bumps Found Inside Of

Hello, I am very worried about bumps found inside of my labia minora. They are flesh colored (pink). They feel very small to the touch and are found on both the left and right sides after spreading the labia minora. Is there a way a photo may be sent in? I haven't felt comfortable enough to visit my primary care physician for this issue. These bumps have been present for a while now, I'm almost sure it's going on multiple years. They never really hurt or itch unless a yeast infection occurs.
