Hello, I Am Visiting Family In A Few Days, However

Hello, I am visiting family in a few days, however I am sick (and have been for 6 days) and have several immunocompromised family members. For the symptoms I described (runny nose, crying from one eye, head ache and fatigue), I was prescribed Amoxicillin-pot clavulanate and Methylprednisolone.

However, my question as to whether or not I should isolate from my immunocompromised family members went unanswered. Should I skip this family gathering?
