Hello, I am well endowed I believe around 8inches. I have no issues pulling back my foreskin flaccid but when fully erect when I pull it past my bellend it feels like it's going to completely snap! I've also got 3 or 4 tares on my foreskin that rip open during sex if it's not moist enough.. I'm often in pain after sex due to the cuts around my foreskin. What's wrong with me? Do I need circumcision? My cousins friend needed this done due to similar symptoms I believe.
