Hello I Am Wondering About Early Menopause. I Am 42

Hello I am wondering about early menopause. I am 42 and wondering if its possible at that age and what are the symptoms. Also I do have the Mirena in and I normally get a period except for maybe a 1 or 1 1/2 days of some spotting, this now has been since last week off and on and yesterday it completely stopped until about 11:30 am then started again.
