Hello, I Am Wondering How To Tell Whether Or Not

Hello,
I am wondering how to tell whether or not I am experiencing heavy anxiety or whether I am having some pre-symptoms of heart attack.. I am 51, obese (about 280 lbs and 5'3"). I don't smoke or drink or do drugs. I take Zoloft for anxiety and depression and have for 15 years. Usually it manages symptoms very well. I also take Prevacid and Zyrtec. Last week I lost my job, and this week I am moving with my 13 yr old daughter into a new townhouse. I am very stressed, with good reason.. but is it more? I wake up with both hands tingling. I have shooting pains down one arm (usually right arm) every few days, and for the last two days have felt like I cannot get a good deep breath. Plus, I feel like there is a lump in my throat. I have some nausea also. Would appreciate your thoughts. Thank you. Melissa L.
