Hello. I Am Wondering If I Have A Vaginal Yeast

Hello. I am wondering if I have a vaginal yeast infection. I have had a few of them many years ago and I have the same symptoms, but instead of there being a discharge, I am so dry it's almost painful. I was wondering if I should go ahead and use my monistat insert? I am in desperate need of some relief asap, but I do plan on calling my gyno tomorrow.
