Hello. I Am Wondering Why "subglottic Stenosis" Or Tracheal Stenosis

Hello. I am wondering why "subglottic stenosis" or tracheal stenosis are not included as possible illnesses for symptoms such as: breathlessness/noisy breathing/bloody sputum/cough. I was misdiagnosed for months with asthma and GERD, based on the symptoms I had. Some are misdiagnosed for years until they go into respiratory distress and end up with tracheostomies. I was lucky. I'm not quite sure who to write to about including this illness on this website but I think raising this issue with medical experts may be the first step.
