Hello I Am Writing This As I Have Seemingly Ran

Hello I am writing this as I have seemingly ran out of options otherwise

Backrgound: 26 year old male about 30 pounds overweight non smoker drinking socially no family history of heart disease

1)for 4 years I have had bouts of chest pain and anxiety related symptoms and in the last 3 years I have seen multiple cardiologists and other specialty doctors

2) as early as this past year I have had stress tests nuclear stress tests 24 hour holter monitor ultrasound ekg full blood panel and lord knows what other tests all came back clean in fact my second cardiologist told me I did better on the stress test than any patient he had in some time

3) this year after having gotten a mortgage and a new job I have been severely lethargic when it comes to exercise and have been partying more as of late the chest pains have come back again

Previously working out was never an issue I had lost a ton of weight and was in the best shape of my life since I stopped playing sports in high school

However now that the pains have come back they seem to get worse with excercise

Symptoms:
1 dull to strong ache mid breastbone which can extend to either arm
2 constantly anxious about attacks causing anxiety related issues arms and legs can feel tingly at time if not dead weight still maintaining full mobility
Running seems to cause the pain to worsen which doesn't necessarily dissipate with rest

My symptoms only seem to go away after having a bowel.movement which makes me feel immediately 50 percent better

Any alcohol or caffeine seems to make it immediately worse

Recently went to er and had ekg and blood work all came back well no high blood pressure either

Primary doctor now writing me off with anxiety which has certainly become a part of it

As early as two months ago I could lift and run without issue now I can barely do and brisk walk without the pain no shortness of breath however

Any suggestions would be much appreciate.
