Hello, I Appreciate You Spending Time Answering My Question. I

Hello, I appreciate you spending time answering my question. I am about to get married, and one of my major concerns is about having children. I live in a richer family in a developing country and we have cooks preparing food for us. Now, concerning my question, I have heard rumors of "saboteurs" who try to place contraceptive pills, probably ground and dissolved, into food and drinks to prevent other couples from having kids. Is this medically/scientifically possible? If so, how should I prevent such scenarios?
Thank you.
