Hello I Been Experiencing Some Bloating For 2weeks And About

Hello I been experiencing some bloating for 2weeks and about 2days ago some bk pain but has gotten worse I can not sit up it hurts really bad i also put on some weight and I'm not going to the restroom either I also missed my period but I doubt I'm pregnant although it was unprotected I think I just skipped a period but have no symptoms so i doubt im pregnant my period are irregular ever
since i have my kids I also I have been drinking alot alcohol every weekend and eating a lot could that have messed with my period please help or some advise I never felt this kinda pain before or experience this ever
