Hello. I Been Getting Steriod Injections For Back Shoulder N

Hello. I been getting steriod injections for back shoulder n neck injuries and last month I had my cycle for 7 days and then about 2weeks later I been spotting bleeding for 12 days now. Headaches dizzy lightheaded pukingnausea and heartburn. Any ideas? I c ob at end of month.
