Hello, I Believe I Have Food Poisoning From Last Friday.

Hello, I believe I have food poisoning from last Friday. On Friday night I had mussles when I was on holiday and on Sunday morning the abdominal pain started. Since Sunday I've had bad diarrhoea and really bad pains in my tummy. It has now been five days and I still have tummy pains and yellow diarrhoea, is this still normal?!
I have been eating little amount of plain foods and trying to drink a lot.
