Hello, I Believe I Swallowed A Piece Of Candy While

Hello, I believe I swallowed a piece of candy while I was sleeping. I woke up with a horrible pain in my throat and underneath my right breast. It calmed down a bit, but it's still pretty bad and it's worrying me a lot. I read that drinking hot beverages helps with this, but it actually hurts a lot whenever I swallow something hot. Right under my right breast. Thanks for your time!
