Hello, I Believe I Have Strep Throat And The Infection

Hello, I believe i have strep throat and the infection has moved up into my ear. Throughout the day, sometimes, my hearing was fine, and sometimes, it was clogged sounding on my right ear. Very recently, about 10 minutes ago, all of a sudden I noticed everything had two pitches, and it sounds like a 'robot'. I would just like some medical advice, and opinions. Thanks!
