Hello, I Bought A Brand New Car A Month Ago...it

Hello, I bought a brand new car a month ago...it had maggots.(ewwww)! Once I got my car home, noticed spider webs inside and spiders were appearing.(I called and dropped my car at dealer today). I noticed a bite on my neck a week or so ago, but just ignored it. Yesterday I woke with a stiff neck, went to work and had been there just three hrs. I suddenly felt blurred eyed, fatigue, feverish, and nassea come on then I felt as though something was coming over me...like I was about to vomit and have diarreah...ugh! Not a great feeling.i work in a dr office, and the dr told me to go home...I was not even home five minutes( I live 6 mins from work), before I threw up and was on the toilet. I worry because it came on so sudden and the thought of a brain annurism scares me...I am prone to migraines anyhow.
