Hello! I Can Hear Creaking Sound In My Throat When

Hello! I can hear creaking sound in my throat when I'm breathing out. I had a hayfever since last Fridaywhen pollen was high & I sprayed my nostrils w/ nasonex allergies, twice in each nostril. since Friday last week.I had dry cough but now w/ plegm for 3 days already.
