Hello, I Can Open My Mouth Up To Two Fingers

Hello,
I can open my mouth up to two fingers only and from yesterday I am feeling little pain and heaviness on the side I used to chew tobacco...
I have made my mind to quit tobacco and from today I quit too.
Currently I am taking SM fibro Capsules, please advise.
