Hello! I Can't Pass Bowels Even Though My Stools Are

Hello! I can't pass bowels even though my stools are soft and when I strain my anus isn't opening and I feel that my stool is pressing against my vagina and bladder and cannot pass. I also feel that my perineum has moved towards my rectum and my anus isn't opening. Please help!
