Hello, I Concerned About Intemittent Sharp Pain In The Neck.

Hello, I concerned about intemittent sharp pain in the neck. It is deep and sometimes assocciated with food, sometimes with eructation. When it starts it lasts about a minute. After that it goes away and usually starts again after ten, twenty, thirty minutes. It looks like that throat clearing relieves a little the pain. I have autoimmune thyroiditis. But doctors didin't found any big pathologies with thyroid. Please help.
