Hello, I did a pelvic scan and this is the results. There is a normal sized non gravid anteverted uterus measuring about 6.5cm * 3.4cm * 4.1cm with a demonstrable midline echo and uniform myometrium. There is a small anechoic cystic lesion in the right adnexa measuring about 2.4cm * 2.1cm. The left adnexal is normal. There is no pelvic fluid collection in the pouch of Douglas. The urinary bladder is normal in outline and wall thickness
