Hello, I Do Have Family History Of Thyroid Problems. 4

Hello,
I do have family history of Thyroid problems.
4 weeks ago I found out my TSH 1.6 my Doc said it was normal.
2 weeks later I went to another lab and had the following test done
TSH 1.32
T4 (THYROXINE), TOTAL 7.4
FREE T4 INDEX (T7) 2.1
T3 UPTAKE 29
I review my previous blood test history and found since 2004 my THS levels are 1.3-1.6 and B12 was deficient. I have since been put on B12 1000mg a day. It still has not boosted my energy levels still feel fatigued I work out 4-6 times a week and still haven't lost any weight. I’m wondering if I should see a specialist?
