I do have problem in sleeping and thoughts keep running in my head due to my carreer and couple of relationships issue which Is very severe and iam 33 years old and i have lost intresert in doing Anything in life, iam not getting any motivation and i dont know what i want in life, i do have tinnitus which keep varying, sometimes i feel there Is no point in living because there Is no ethics here in this world and it Is full of politics
