Hello I Do Ovulation Tests Twice A Day And For

Hello I do ovulation tests twice a day and for the last four months I get a positive between cd10 and cd 13. Last month on the 25th, 27th, 28th and 29th December I had intercourse. I got my positive ovulation on the 28th which was cd10. The next day I had a one off small amount of spotting. Then the 1st and 2nd of Jan I had more spotting only when I wiped. I had a normal period which was on the 13th which was 2 days early. Which made my cycle 25 days which is usually 27 days. Seen as I had a period I'm not pregnant but I'm getting negatives on my ovulation tests too. I've always had at least a faint line at this stage. I know to wait but what if both tests keep coming up negative should I see my Dr? Im asking as Iv never spotted before and have had two children. Many thanks.
