Hello I Don't Have A Spleen And Have Had The

Hello I don't have a spleen and have had the shingles when I was in my20s and 6 days ago I broke out again. I have a break out under my left arm and on my left breast and one spot on my back near the spine. I was given a cream called Zovirax by a family member and have been using that and taking Tylenol. Is there anything else I can do?
