Hello. I Dropped The Treadmill On My Foot When Lowering

Hello. I dropped the treadmill on my foot when lowering it to use on Monday. It is now Friday and sore to the touch. It is very painful to press the top of my foot, there is some bruising, and I am unable to wear a shoe that touches that part of my foot. However, I am able to walk on it without too much pain. Should I see a doctor about this?
