Hello. I Experienced Severe Vomiting And Diarrhea Early This Morning.

Hello. I experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea early this morning. I attributed this to possibly being food poisoning from a local fast food restaurant. After several doses of pepto bismol, the vomiting has stopped and the diarrhea, nearly so. But now I'm having severe leg cramps, almost to the point of calling an ambulance. I've never experienced such pain in my legs before. Any suggestions before I call the hospital .
