Hello, I Experienced Yesterday A Sensation That My Car Was

Hello, I experienced yesterday a sensation that my car was still moving although it was in park with the emergency brake on. I was hit by a car last year and suffer a small subdural bleed, skull fractures and a severe concussion. This is the second time it happened in the last few months. I also recently started synthroid and wondered if this could be a side effect.
