Hello. I Fear That I May Be Suffering From Some

Hello. I fear that I may be suffering from some type of hearing loss. I know it is along the lines of NIHL as I have started feeling numbness in my ears after a woman screamed in my ears inside a small room. It was only for about 4 seconds, but I am guessing it was around 115 decibels or so as my ear drums were vibrating. I am only guessing based off what I read. My question is, am I suffering from any permanent damage or is this temporary as my hearing trying to repair itself in that 16-48 hour window I have been hearing about? Thanks.
